Decision No. 81 of the EuroAsian Economic Commission, dated 9 April 2013 adopted the form for testing certificate for the following machinery parts:
- cargo lifting chains;
- steel cables;
- fabric cables and bands.
The certificate is required by the Customs Union Technical Regulation on the Safety of Machinery and Equipment (ТR СU 010/2011). The testing certificate must be developed on A4 paper (210x297 mm) and filled out in Russian.
The certificate must contain the name of the product as well as the methods used for its testing, including the name and contact details of the testing center and the testing center's accreditation certificate number and validity period.
