Decision of the Board of the EurAsian Economic Commission of 28 September 2022, sets out a transitional period for the amendments that were introduced to the EAEU TR on Cosmetics and Perfumery 009/2011.
Transitional period has been set as follows:
a) documents (Declarations of Conformity) confirming compliance of perfumery and cosmetic products with the TR "On the safety of perfumery and cosmetic products" (TR CU 009/2011) that have been registered before April 18, 2023, are valid until their normal expiration date;
b) documents on state registration (State Registration Certificates) for perfumery and cosmetic products impacted by the amendments and leading to changes in safety indicators, issued before April 18, 2023, are valid until April 17, 2026 inclusive;
c) production and release into circulation in the EAEU of products mentioned above, are allowed until the expiration of the mentioned documents;
d) the circulation of products during the period of validity of the conformity assessment documents (a Declaration of Conformity or a State Registration Certificate) specified above, is allowed during the shelf life of these products established by the manufacturer.
