Adopted the revised list of standards ensuring compliance with the Technical Regulation on Cosmetics

As of 19 September 2015 manufacturers and importers of perfumery and cosmetic products are to use the revised list of standards the voluntary use of which ensures compliance with the Technical Regulation on Cosmetics, TR CU 009/2011.

The list was revised in order to remove all repealed and out of date standards and to include new standards.

For example, for labeling of perfumery and cosmetics the intra-state standard GOST 32117-2013 is to be used, instead of old national standards: the Belorussian standard STB 1555-2005, the Russian standard GOST R 51391-99 or the Kazakh standard ST RK 1076-2002. The GMP principles are to be regulated by the intra-state standard GOST ISO 22716-2013, instead of the out of date Belorussian and Kazakh standards.

The revised list of standards was adopted by Eurasian Economic Community Collegiate Decision No. 95 of 18 August 2015.
