Clarified criteria for identification of gas supply installations as major hazard facilities operated in Russia

Hazard class of a major hazard facility operating gas supply or gas distribution installation depends on the pressure of gas transported by such installations.

Gas distribution networks operating under pressure of up to 0,005 mPa are not to be included into the state registry of major hazard facilities.

Adopted regulation on the necessary information required for the registration of hydrotechnical installations

Operators of hydrotechnical installations must submit specified information to the Federal Service on Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision in order to register such installations. This information includes, among other things, technical characteristics of the installation, general description of the installation, etc.

Procedure for the issue of permits for importing medical devices into the Russian Federation

Manufacturers of medical devices or their authorized representatives will have to follow the adopted procedure in order to obtain an import permit for medical devices into Russia. The adopted procedure sets out the maximum period within which the authorities have to consider permit applications as five working days. The procedure also regulates which documents the applicants must submit in support of the application.
