Amended Technical Regulation on the Safety of Machinery and Equipment (TR TS 010/2011)
The list of products subject to conformity assessment in a form of certification has been amended to exclude “Technological equipment for trading facilities and public catering facilities”.
The list of products subject to conformity assessment in a form of issuing a Declaration of Conformity has been revised to include:
- technological machinery for trading enterprises and public catering: equipment for mechanical handling of food, including equipment for fruit and vegetable bases and factories and billet;
- thermal equipment for catering and mobile kitchens, as well as fruit and vegetable warehouses and billet mills.
The amendments enter into force 2 February 2016.

Poisons which are not drug precursors included into the list of regulated products
Starting from 3 July 2016 importers of certain poisonous substances which are not drug precursors have to import them into the EEU in accordance with the newly adopted procedure. Decision No. 30 of 21 April 2015 on Non-Tariff Barriers has been supplemented by the Regulation on importing into the EEU of poisons which are not drug precursors and by the List of such poisons.
The list of poisons which has been added to the common list of products the import of which is restricted, consists of 52 substances. These include copper cyanide, mercury dichloride, cadmium cyanide, etc.

Adopted list of medical products which are to be considered measuring devices
Certain medical products are to be regarded as measuring devices for the purposes of their registration. The list of such devices consists of 15 positions, such as medical scales, medical dynamometer, medical thermometer, etc.
