Decision No. 203 of 29 November 2019 amends the list of products subject to Technical Regulation on the Safety of Machinery and Equipment. The list was adopted by Decision No. 6 of 16 January 2018.
The amendment adds product categories belonging to the TN VED code (the HS code or customs tariff code) 8412 to the list of products subject to the TR on equipment and machinery listed in clause 12 of the List – “Equipment for drilling holes and boreholes, equipment for charging and jamming blast holes”.
In addition, the amendment allows to present “information about conformity assessment documents” instead of the actual conformity assessment documents as evidence of compliance with the Technical Regulations on the Safety of Machinery and Equipment when products are presented to customs and a customs declaration is compiled for such products.
