Russia has adopted recycling targets for 2021 for wastes generated from products subject to the extended producer responsibility (EPR) requirements (including WEEE, batteries and packaging wastes).
The recycling (utilisation) targets have been set for each group of products (that include EEE, packaging and batteries) subject to the extended producer responsibility (EPR) requirements in the following way:
