Organisations and sole traders operating category I or II facilities, must develop technological norms in order to be able to apply for an integrated environmental permit or to have this permit revised.
Technological standards for the mentioned categories of facilities must contain the following information:
- identification of units or structures that are subject to technological regulation as well as marker substances;
- analysis of units and structures subject to technological regulation;
- determination of technological indicators for emissions and discharges of marker substances for units or structures subject to technological regulation and technological norms.
