Organisations that perform planning, expert assessment, construction, putting into operation and operation of heated buildings and structures (both newly built or renovated) may have to comply with a new set of requirements regulating energy efficiency of such buildings and structures.
The following parameters are to be used in order to determine compliance with energy efficiency requirements:
- specific annual consumption of energy resources for heating and ventilation for all types of buildings and structures;
- specific annual consumption of electrical energy for the common needs and the specific annual consumption of thermal energy for hot water supply for apartment blocks;
- specific annual consumption of energy resources for cooling (including air conditioning) for all types of buildings and structures, excluding apartment blocks.
