Ukraine: Proposed procedure for mandatory certification of building products and materials
The proposed rules would apply to all certification bodies, accredited testing laboratories (centres), as well as companies of any organizational and legal form and form of ownership, including foreign entities that manufacture or supply (import) building products and materials.
If adopted, the rules would establish the procedure and requirements for compulsory certification of building materials and products within the Ukrainian state certification system. The rules would also set out the procedure for the recognition of conformity certificates issued for these products in other countries.

Ukraine: Proposed Technical Regulation on appliances that operate on gaseous fuel
If adopted, the proposed Technical Regulation would set out requirements and rules for placing on the market and putting into service of appliances that operate on gaseous fuels as well as rules for carrying out the required conformity assessment procedures.
