Revised requirements for the issue of special water use permits
The adopted law amends the provisions regulating the issue of special water use permits. In particular, it revises the provisions setting out grounds for the termination of the right to use a water body, provisions on granting the right to an organization to perform special use of a water body, etc.

Ukraine accedes to the Protocol amending ADR
Ukraine has acceded to the Protocol Amending Article 1 (a), Article 14 (1) AND Article 14 (3) (b) of the European Agreement of 30 September 1957 Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).

Amended Rules for the Technical Operation of Consumer Electrical Installations
As of 21 February 2017 facilities operating consumer electrical installations are required to comply with the revised rules. The Rules were amended by Order No. 7 of 11 January 2017 in parts regulating qualifications of persons responsible for electrical safety at organisations.
