The Republic of Belarus has implemented stages for the implememtation of its national energy efficiency conformity assessment (pursuant to Decision № 849 of the Council of Ministers "About the certain issues of the conformity assessment within the National System of Conformity Assessment in the Republic of Belarus" of October 21, 2016).
The adopted Technical Regulation (TR) sets out minimum safety requirements for the safety of amusement rides and for their design, manufacture, installation (assembly) service, operation, transportation and utilization. The TR enters into force as of 18 April 2018 (no transitional or grace period is set for this TR).

As of 17 January 2017 the amendments to the legislation regulating state supervision of providers of goods and services enter into force. These amendments apply only to consumer complaints about infringement of their consumer rights.
Starting from 1 March 2018 manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment into the Eurasian Economic Union are required to comply with the adopted Technical Regulation (TR) restricting the content of hazardous substances in such equipment (“the EEU RoHS TR").
As of 23 December 2016 retailers of non-food alcohol-containing products with the content of alcohol exceeding 25% (except perfumery products and glass rinsing agents) are required to suspend all retail sale of these products for a 30-day period.
The Ministry of Finance has proposed draft law that would require certain products (the exact lists of these products are to be adopted at a later stage) with special identification and tracking marks (RFID).
The declared aims of this requirement are to protect the consumer from counterfeit and illegally imported or manufactured products and to unify the procedure of product tracking.

Rosprirodnadzor (the Russian environmental authority), has approved, by Order of 11/24/2016 №756, a number of measures to be performed in order to create the Common Environmental Polluters Register.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology (MinPrirody) has proposed amendments clarifying that if a company operates at least one facility or unit that is subject to the federal environmental supervision (as opposed to regional environmental supervision), the whole company would be subject to the federal environmental supervision.
